Rubio, Vincent Valdez
A large-scale public mural situated in Houston's East End, collaboratively designed by Rubio and Vincent Valdez. The piece serves as a heartfelt tribute to Valdez's late mother, Theresa Santana Valdez, and incorporates imagery of the birds and flowers she loved most.
