Dagobert Peche was a prominent Austrian artist and designer associated with the Wiener Werkstätte. Known for his imaginative and ornamental style, he was described as one of the greatest decorative artists of his generation. He joined the Wiener Werkstätte in 1914 and later managed its Zurich branch. His work often featured Baroque and Rococo influences, and he is credited with shaping the aesthetic of the Wiener Werkstätte during the 1910s and 1920s.
