DESCRIPTION

Nakanishi Natsuyuki was a prominent Japanese visual and conceptual artist and a key figure in the 1960s avant-garde movement. He co-founded the artistic collective Hi-Red Center and was known for his transition from Neo-Dadaist performances and objects to abstract painting. He graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts in 1958.
