Simon Evans is a self-taught artist based in New York. Originally a professional skateboarder and short-story writer, he creates intricate, text-based, and map-like collage works using everyday materials such as paper scraps, tape, and office supplies. His work often explores themes of memory, identity, and the documentation of everyday life. He frequently collaborates with artist Sarah Lannan.
