Alfredo Juan Aquilizan (born 1962) and Maria Isabel Gaudinez-Aquilizan (born 1965) are a husband-and-wife collaborative duo whose practice explores themes of displacement, memory, migration, and community. They often use everyday, non-traditional materials to create large-scale installations that reflect on the transitory nature of home and identity.
