Carmela Gross is a Brazilian visual artist and educator born in São Paulo. Her work is characterized by a critical perspective on the contemporary city, exploring the relationship between art, architecture, and urban space. She studied at the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado and the Universidade de São Paulo, and has had a long career as both an artist and a professor.
