Julio Bittencourt is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist who grew up between São Paulo and New York. His work focuses on social and political questions regarding how people inhabit urban spaces and interact with their environments. He began his career as a staff photographer for a financial newspaper before transitioning to long-term documentary projects.
