Kim Yun-shin is a multidisciplinary artist and a pioneering first-generation woman sculptor in South Korea. Born in Wonsan, North Korea, she later lived in various countries including France, Mexico, and Brazil before establishing her home and the Museo Kim Yun Shin in Argentina. She co-founded the Korean Sculptress Association in 1974 and is known for her dynamic works that explore nature and diasporic cultures.
