Mina Cheon is a Korean-American new media artist, scholar, and educator known for her 'Polipop' (Political Pop) art. Her work often addresses geopolitical issues, particularly the relationship between North and South Korea, and she has performed under the alter ego Kim Il Soon. She holds a PhD from the European Graduate School and has exhibited internationally.
