Fausto Melotti was an Italian artist, sculptor, and poet known for his abstract brass sculptures and ceramic 'teatrini'. Educated in engineering and music, he integrated mathematical precision and musical counterpoint into his work. He was a prominent figure in the Milanese abstract art scene and a lifelong friend of Lucio Fontana.
