Richard Bell is an Aboriginal Australian artist and political activist of Kamilaroi, Kooma, Jiman, and Goreng Goreng descent. He is a co-founder of the Brisbane-based art collective proppaNOW and is known for his work exploring the politics of Indigenous art production, self-determination, and colonial history.
