Henry Mortikar Rosenberg was an American painter, printmaker, and educator who served as the principal of the Victoria School of Art and Design in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from 1898 to 1910. He studied in Munich, Paris, Florence, and Venice, where he received informal guidance from James McNeill Whistler.
