Rebecca Agnew is a New Zealand-born visual artist based in Melbourne, Australia. She works predominantly across painting, sculpture, and stop-motion animation. Her practice explores themes of the human condition, cultural economy, and ecological impact through surreal characters and detailed sets. Agnew earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Otago in 2004 and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Melbourne in 2012. Her work is held in the Artbank collection.
