Charlene Bicalho is a Brazilian visual artist, curator, and independent researcher born in Minas Gerais. Her work spans experimental video, performance, installation, photography, and text, focusing on institutional critique, power relations, and non-hegemonic knowledge production. She founded the Raiz Forte project (2012) and has participated in institutional programs and exhibitions such as Pivô Pesquisa and Modern Acts at Pinacoteca de São Paulo.
