Tomek Baran is a Polish contemporary artist born in Stalowa Wola who lives and works in Kraków. He graduated with an MA in painting from the Kraków Academy of Fine Arts in 2010. His work centers on abstract painting, the materiality of the work, and the spatial relationship between the canvas, its surrounding environment, and the audience.
