Born in Warsaw, Poland, in 1960, Xawery Wolski studied art in Warsaw, Paris, and New York. His artistic practice focuses on sculpture, frequently utilizing materials such as terracotta, bronze, clay, and organic elements to explore themes of connectivity, communication, and dialogue between past and present. In 1997, he established a studio in Mexico City, creating notable site-specific installations, and continues to divide his time and work between Poland and Mexico.
