Jadé Fadojutimi was born in 1993 in London, where she currently lives and works. She received her BA from the Slade School of Fine Art in 2015 and an MA from the Royal College of Art in 2017. Known for large-scale, gestural abstract paintings featuring vibrant palettes and dynamic brushwork, her work explores identity, emotion, and self-knowledge, often drawing inspiration from anime, Japanese culture, and her surroundings. Her paintings are held in prominent institutional collections including Tate and ICA Miami, and she participated in the 2021 Liverpool Biennial and the 2022 Venice Biennale.
