Rey Akdogan

Rey Akdogan is a German contemporary visual artist based in New York. She is known for her sculptures, projections, and installations that examine how color, light, and material shape perception. Her practice frequently involves subtle interventions into spatial environments using repurposed industrial and display materials, such as theatrical lighting gels, commercial packaging, and fluorescent rods. She studied at Central Saint Martins and the Whitney Independent Study Program.
