Ron Arad is a contemporary Israeli-British industrial designer, architect, and artist born in Tel Aviv. He studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and the Architectural Association in London. He gained international recognition in the early 1980s with his Rover chair and co-founded One Off and Ron Arad Associates, creating innovative designs, architectural landmarks like the Design Museum Holon, and public sculptures worldwide.
