DESCRIPTION
Margarita Ivy was born in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, and is currently based in Prague. She studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague (UMPRUM) in the Intermedia Art studio led by Michal Pěchouček. Her work explores themes of mortality, personal memory, and the transition between life and death, frequently incorporating deceased animals encased in epoxy resin environments.
