Maggi Brown is an abstract painter based in the Boston area. She received her BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University. Her work is recognized for its heavily layered, textural surfaces and use of geometric motifs to explore relationships between light, memory, and physical space. She was a fellow at the Bunting Institute at Radcliffe College and has exhibited at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston.
