Peter Thibeault

DESCRIPTION

Peter Thibeault is an industrial designer and artist who creates sculptures, furniture, and assemblages. He earned his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and his MFA from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. Having lived and worked in Boston for over 40 years before relocating to Portland, Maine, his practice focuses on materiality, craft, and humor, often celebrating marginally useful objects through superficial articulation.
