DESCRIPTION
Maggie Stark is a sculptor and installation artist born in Kansas City and based in Boston, Massachusetts. Her practice incorporates light, glass, and video to explore dualities such as permanence and transience. She was an affiliate of the Boston Sculptors Gallery for nine years and has held residencies at the Corning Museum of Glass, the Millay Colony, and the Vermont Studio Center. Her work has been exhibited at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Portland, Maine, and Dartmouth College.
