Motoko Ishibashi is a London-based artist born in Nagasaki. Her practice amalgamates Western and Japanese visual languages to examine relations of power, gender, and selfhood within technologically-mediated society. She received her MFA from the Royal College of Art (2015) and previously studied at the Slade School of Fine Art and Keio University.
