Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby founded their London-based studio in 1996 after meeting at the Royal College of Art. Their collaborative work encompasses industrial design, furniture, lighting, and public commissions, most notably the London 2012 Olympic Torch. They are both Royal Designers for Industry and were awarded OBEs for services to the design industry in 2013.
