Char Jeré is a Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist whose practice, termed 'Afro-fractalism,' blends a background in data science with interests in social and environmental justice. Their work utilizes found objects and data sonification to explore non-linear time and ancestral histories. Jeré received an MFA in Sound Art from Columbia University in 2023.
