DESCRIPTION
Scott Williams is a New York-based painter who works exclusively from observation, capturing the urban landscape and its inhabitants. He studied with the California Surrealist Gordon Wagner and Op Art master Julian Stanczak, and earned his Master's degree from UC Davis under Wayne Thiebaud. He has taught at the Pratt Institute and the New York City College of Technology.
