Randy Wray is a Brooklyn-based artist known for his multidisciplinary practice blending painting and sculpture. Born in North Carolina, he utilizes found and recycled materials to create tactile, accretive surfaces that bridge the gap between abstraction and representation. He is a recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship and the inaugural Irving Sandler Prize.
