Cydney Lewis

DESCRIPTION

Cydney Lewis is a Chicago-based multimedia artist and self-described "visual archaeologist" who explores the intersections of the natural, spiritual, and scientific worlds. She holds a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and L'École d'architecture in Versailles, France. Her practice, which includes collage, sculpture, and installation, is influenced by her multidisciplinary background in ballet and film design.
