DESCRIPTION
Shino Yanai is a Japanese performance artist and researcher based between London and Tokyo. Trained as a classical pianist, her work explores history, memory, and trauma through field recordings, DIY technology, and improvised sound. She has pursued a practice-led doctorate at the Slade School of Fine Art.
