Yue Xiang is a queer immigrant Chinese-American artist currently based in San Francisco. Their practice explores themes of grieving rituals, language, and translation while seeking to honor ancestral histories through labor-intensive processes. Xiang earned an MFA from California College of the Arts in 2024 and has exhibited at venues such as the Wattis Institute and Southern Exposure.
