Andrew Chapman is an American artist born in San Francisco and based in Los Angeles. He holds an MFA from Stanford University and a BFA from California College of the Arts. His work focuses on painting and abstraction, exploring texture and optical illusions by distorting the surfaces of his compositions with atypical materials.
