DESCRIPTION
Gavin Rain is a South African contemporary artist known for his unique approach to pointillism. He creates portraits using a grid of multi-colored concentric circles of paint. The images are designed to remain abstract at close range and resolve into a clear, photographic likeness when viewed from a distance.
