Rudolf Polanszky is an Austrian artist whose practice is rooted in the intersection of deliberate action and random chance. He is best known for his "ad-hoc synthesis" approach, creating abstract assemblages and "Reconstructions" from salvaged industrial materials such as acrylic glass, aluminum, and silicone.
