Stefano Canto was born in Rome and graduated in Architecture from La Sapienza University. His work explores the social implications of the relationship between man and architecture, often utilizing industrial materials such as concrete alongside natural elements like water and plants. He has received several awards, including the Roma Prize and the Terna Prize, and has exhibited at the Venice Biennale and Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
