Hannan Jones is an interdisciplinary artist of Algerian and Welsh heritage, born in Australia and based in Glasgow. Her practice focuses on concepts of hybridity, cultural migration, and psychogeography. Utilizing electronics, musique concrète, and layered analogue recordings, she seeks to reclaim parallel histories and explore the connections between them. She was a recipient of the Oram Award in 2023 and has held residencies at the Wysing Arts Centre and Triangle-Astérides.
