Luna Mahoux is a Belgian artist of Ethiopian origin based in Paris and Brussels. Her work focuses on the collection and recontextualization of digital traces and 'poor images' found on the internet to address Black diaspora stories and cultural memory. Her practice involves monumentalizing low-resolution screenshots as a form of resistance against the erasure of racialized bodies and histories, notably exploring subcultures such as the Logobi dance movement.
