Françoise Pétrovitch is a French visual artist known for her exploration of intimacy, childhood, and the transition of adolescence. Born in Chambéry and living in Cachan, she works across a wide range of media. Her work often features pale figures, often children or teenagers, and recurring animal motifs in dreamlike or ambiguous scenes. She teaches at the École Estienne in Paris and has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions at institutions such as the Louvre-Lens and the BnF.
