Jean-Baptiste Bonhomme is a French artist based in Dijon with a background as a trained pastry chef. His work utilizes photography and ephemeral sculpture to critique modern consumer society. In 2012, he co-founded the project 'Bye Bye Peanuts' with Violaine Truchetet, creating performances and ceremonies centered on the act of eating.
