Ladji Diaby is a graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris whose practice centers on the 'political magic' of discarded objects. His work explores the cultural and spiritual dimensions of collective narratives, using furniture and found materials to create sites of encounter that investigate race, class, and memory. He has held solo exhibitions at Kunstverein Nürnberg and Lafayette Anticipations.
