Marie Losier, born in France in 1972, is a filmmaker and curator whose whimsical and poetic film portraits explore the lives of avant-garde artists. Using a 16mm Bolex camera, she has documented figures such as Genesis P-Orridge and Alan Vega. Her work has been shown at the Whitney Biennial and MoMA.
