Costis (Costis Triantafyllou) was born in Athens in 1950. He is a visual artist and poet who studied in Athens and Paris. Since 1986, his research has focused on the phenomenon of lightning, which he explores through electronic and media art. He was the editor of the literary and art magazines Lotus and Praxis in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
