Born in Athens in 1990, Anastasis Ioannou graduated from the School of Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the National Technical University of Athens before studying at the Athens School of Fine Arts. His work often focuses on psychological space and the metaphysical nature of organic forms, such as trees, which he paints from imagination rather than direct observation.
