Benjamin Li is a Rotterdam-based conceptual artist who uses food as a lens to explore identity, belonging, and cultural heritage. His exhibition 'In Search of Perfect Orange' at Foam 3h took inspiration from the 'Chinese-Indisch' restaurant genre to delve into the colonial history of the Netherlands.
