DESCRIPTION
Based in Taipei, I-Hsuen Chen experiments with the relationship between environmental objects and public power. He received an MFA in Photography from the Pratt Institute and is the winner of the Visual Arts Award at the 18th Taishin Arts Award. His work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and the Kadist Collection.
