Shunsaku Hayashi is an award-winning painter and filmmaker who studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths, University of London. His work focuses on different temporalities, often creating animations from roccoco-hand-drawn paintings. His films have been screened at major festivals including the Berlin International Film Festival, and he has received awards at the Slamdance and Ann Arbor Film Festivals.
