Born in Venice and based in Paris, Giulia Andreani repurposes personal memorabilia and archival photographs through painting to address forgotten histories, often through a feminist lens. Working primarily in Payne's Grey, a signature blue-grey hue, she creates figurative works that unearth buried narratives and interrogate the perception of women in art and society.
