DESCRIPTION

Jojo Gronostay is a German-Ghanaian artist based in Vienna. His practice deals with questions of identity, representation, and post-colonial power structures. He is known for founding the label DWMC (Dead White Men's Clothes), which explores the economic and symbolic value of second-hand clothing. As the eighth resident of the Fund for Young Design, he created works for the MK&G collection based on photography, fashion, and graphic design.
