Franziska Reinbothe develops strategies for image-finding by deconstructing the traditional elements of painting. She is particularly interested in the hidden parts of a picture, such as the back and edges, making them visible by folding, breaking, or sewing the canvas and stretcher frames. She studied at the HGB Leipzig.
