Sculpture
Axel Loytved's sculptural works are united by an interest in the 'migration of form'. He uses everyday items, such as crumpled paper handkerchiefs or snowballs, as models for small bronze sculptures, reflecting on the accidental change in conditions of materials. He is a professor at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel.
